 In searching properties for you, I am interested in your needs, tastes and timelines. I am very familiar with much of Western WA and know many of the communities. I grew up in Edmonds, lived in and have done transactions in many parts of WA. Even if your purchase is some time in the future, I send possible properties to you, to become familiar with areas you prefer, prices and features you like. Then I research the ones that interest you. I ask the questions about issues such as flood zones/community and features of the property and structures. As for being a buyer's broker, I have worked with a wide variety of clientele. I work with your lender as as you consider financial ways to purchase a home or land. I've worked with contracts and deeds of trust, I am very supportive of inspections and feasibility discovery. To help sell your property; I have a Bachelor's Degree from the U of Wa in Art and have studied photography and created logos for companies. I am experienced in visual/written marketing. I do open houses w/special food venues to encourage agents to view the home and public open houses as well.
