Frank Nicolaus
I grew up and worked in Belgium for almost 30 years, after which I moved to Australia where I lived for 16 years. In 2009 I moved to Camano Island with my awesome spouse. We have one son who is going to high school soon. For many years we also were Foster parents, which was a very emotional but also very rewarding time of our life.
The Pacific Northwest is an awesome place and one of my objectives will be to make more people aware of how rewarding real estate hunting can be in this area.
More about Frank
Thinking back to my roots in the city of Gent in Belgium my favorite piece of real estate there is a one thousand year old castle called the Gravensteen. And no, it's not on the MLS, but check it out anyway!
My career achievements include many successful automotive and aerospace industry projects, covering diverse roles in Project Management, Business Development Management, Program Management, Operations Management and Lean/Continuous Improvement.
By now many of you who are reading this are wondering how I ended up real estate. I love a new challenge and I am used to working with demanding customers who will only accept the highest level of commitment and dedication towards satisfying the client's needs and wants.
Working in real estate allows me to meet a lot of great people. Guiding them through the hunt for that special wow-factor property is motivating and inspiring for me.
Real estate is not just a game of numbers and forms and documents, the sometimes emotional aspects of helping clients buy or sell their beloved and unique property cannot be captured in the algorithms of competitive market analysis.
I would love to work with you and make the real estate experience work for you!
