My goal is to provide value to my real estate clients, whether it’s negotiating a deal for a first-time buyer, or helping you get rid of the treadmill in your garage before you list, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
A man is only as good as his word, and you will be judged on your handshake. These are a few of the lessons I learned growing up in a small town.

More About Bill
When I was 18, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where I was recruited to serve as a guard for the presidential helicopter squadron HMX-1, serving under President George H. W. Bush 1988-1992. I learned a few things in the Marine Corps, primarily just how sheltered I was growing up in the small town of Castle Rock in the 70’s and 80’s.
At age 24, I became a deputy sheriff
in Eastern Washington, and eventually took that career to Western Washington where I settled on beautiful Camano Island. This is a great place to live, work and raise a family. People are just friendlier here.
I love to travel, but nothing makes me appreciate the beauty of the Pacific Northwest more than coming back home.
