Growing up in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, I joined the United States Navy right out
of high school in 1990. Since that time I have traveled and lived more places than I can list, and one thing I understand is the importance of having a smooth transition when relocating and purchasing or selling a home. I have bought and sold multiple homes from very successful real estate professionals throughout the United States during my career of over 22 years in the military. Having led, and continuing to lead of life of service, I am eager to have the opportunityto create those same lasting relationships with my clients and provide that same level of exceptional service and professionalism.

Currently I am employed as Code Enforcement with the Community Development
Department with the City of Monroe, WA. I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration and pride myself with a proven track record of honesty, loyalty, and integrity.
When I am not working, I most enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, playing
golf, and hiking the numerous trails here on Camano Island. I have a beautiful wife, Summer,
who owns and operates Price Permitting and Consulting as well as a substitute at Stanwood
Camano School District. We have 2 amazing children, Gavin, a WSU graduate and North
County Fire & Rescue employee, and Gracie 18, a senior at Stanwood High School who will
attend Central Washington University in the fall 2026. We also have 3 dogs, Jax, Karl, and Opie
Winston and a cat named Jemma.
