I’m a Managing Broker here at North48 Real Estate and have been licensed since 2007 with some ventures into the insurance world along the way. We leverage data and technology to assist Home Buyers and Sellers by providing a truly unique experience. Our goal is to give our clients the utmost attention while honoring their valuable time. We aim to provide you with the most informed, streamlined and satisfying experience possible. Our coverage area spans from Snohomish County to Whatcom County.

SELLERS: Communication is paramount. If we earn each other’s trust and choose to work together, please know this. We don't just pound a sign in the yard, put the listing in the MLS and hope for a sale. As our respected client you will be updated weekly of marketing efforts, showings, feedback etc. to ensure you know everything is being done to sell your home for the highest return.

BUYERS: Our process starts with a complimentary Home Buyer Consultation. Once pre-approved, it’s time to find the home of your dreams! We keep a sharp eye out for all listings that come on the market, daily. This is my heartfelt promise to you. When the right home does come on the market you will never miss out. We've always got your back.

LIFE OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE: When I’m able to take some time away from work, I live a very simple, yet fulfilling life. With my beautiful wife and high school sweetheart Kristi, we love to take our 2 dogs hiking. Both of our boys are adopted from The Noah Center in Stanwood and are quite the lively pair. My other hobbies include target shooting, archery and weightlifting.

BACKGROUND & EDUCATION: I was born and raised in Stanwood/Camano Island and never left. There is no other place that offers what the beautiful Pacific Northwest does. I went to nearly every school in the district while playing football, basketball, baseball, tennis, archery and guitar along the way. I’m a proud graduate of Stanwood High School, Class of 2003; Followed shortly by Bellingham Technical College where I received an Associate’s of Applied Science.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling your home or could simply use a Home Valuation, please give me a call.
